FLOODING ALERT
Forecasted heavy rainfall in conjunction with seasonal King Tides have the potential to cause flooding in Downtown Miami and adjacent areas through Sunday, October 12. Roadway flooding is typically seen along Biscayne Boulevard between NE 11 Street and NE 13 Street as well as the ramps to and from the MacArthur Causeway. Drivers should avoid flooded areas and seek alternate routes.
FULL CLOSURE OF NORTHBOUND I-95 AT NW 8 STREET FOR OVERHEAD BRIDGE WORK
- Monday, October 6 through Friday, October 10 – All northbound I-95 lanes will be closed just north of NW 8 Street from 11:45 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. The ramp to westbound S.R. 836 will also be closed during this time frame. Drivers can:
- Access the eastbound Interstate 395 (I-395) ramp, then exit at NE 2 Avenue/Biscayne Boulevard (Exit 2B)
- Turn right at NE 2 Avenue, then turn right at NE 11 Street
- Turn right at NE 1 Avenue, then access the ramp to I-395 to continue north on I-95 or west on S.R. 836

NW 8 STREET RAMP TO NORTHBOUND I-95 CLOSURE
- Monday, October 6 through Friday, October 10 – The NW 8 Street ramp to northbound I-95 will be closed from 11 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. The start and end times will be adjusted on special event days. Drivers can:
- Go east on NW 8 Street
- Turn left on NE 1 Avenue
- Enter the westbound I-395 ramp to access northbound I-95

DAYTIME LANE CLOSURES ON NE 13 STREET FOR DRAINAGE WORK
- Tuesday, October 7 through Friday, October 10 – Two lanes on NE 13 Street from Biscayne Boulevard to NE 2 Avenue will be closed between 5:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. to allow the project contractor to work on drainage enhancements.
