CONCRETE POUR FOR I-395 MAINLINE BRIDGE PIER
Friday, Early morning, September 5 – Crews will pour concrete at a bridge support pier just north of NW 14 Street, as shown above, between 4 a.m. and 11 a.m. During the concrete pour, it will be necessary to vibrate the metal formwork to ensure the concrete is distributed evenly through the pier. Nearby residents and businesses may experience intermittent periods of higher-than-normal noise levels. No lane closures will be needed for this operation.
I-95 TRAVEL LANE SHIFT ON THE EASTBOUND S.R. 836 AND WESTBOUND I-395 RAMP TO NORTHBOUND I-95
On Friday morning, September 5, the travel lanes on the eastbound S.R. 836 and the westbound I-395 ramp will be shifted slightly to the left to the north and south of NW 17 Street as noted in the image below.
DAYTIME LANE CLOSURE ON BISCAYNE BOULEVARD
- Saturday, September 6 – One northbound lane on Biscayne Boulevard will be closed from NE 11 Street to NE 13 Street between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. for overhead work.
NW 14 STREET CLOSURE
- Sunday, September 7 – NW 14 Street will be closed as needed from NW 7 Avenue to NW 10 Avenue between 9 p.m. and 5:30 a.m. for materials and equipment delivery.
- Drivers on westbound NW 14 Street can:
- Turn right on NW 7 Avenue, then turn left on NW 17 Street
- Turn left on NW 9 Avenue and follow NW 10 Avenue to connect with NW 14 Street
- Drivers on eastbound NW 14 Street can:
- Turn left on NW 10 Avenue and follow NW 9 Avenue, then turn right on NW 17 Street
- Turn right on NW 7 Avenue to connect with NW 14 Street
- Drivers on westbound NW 14 Street can:

NORTHBOUND I-95 RAMP TO WESTBOUND S.R. 836 DETOUR
- Monday, September 8 Through Thursday, September 11 and Sunday, September 14 – The northbound I-95 ramp to westbound S.R. 836 will be closed between the hours of 10 p.m. and 5:30 a.m. Drivers can:
- Go north on I-95, then exit at NW 62 Street
- Turn left at NW 62 Street to access the southbound I-95 ramp
- Use the southbound I-95 exit to westbound SR 836 (Exit 3A)

NW 14 STREET DETOUR
- Monday, September 8 Through Thursday, September 11 and Sunday, September 14 – NW 14 Street from NW 3 Avenue to NW 7 Avenue will be closed as needed between 9 p.m. and 5:30 a.m. Daytime closures will also be implemented as needed between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.
- Drivers on westbound NW 14 Street can:
- Turn right at NW 3 Avenue, then turn left at NW 17 Street
- Turn left at NW 7 Avenue to connect with NW 14 Street
- Drivers on eastbound NW 14 Street can:
- Turn left at NW 7 Avenue, then turn right at NW 17 Street
- Turn right at NW 3 Avenue to connect with NW 14 Street
