NIGHTTIME CONCRETE POUR ADJACENT TO NE 2 AVENUE
On Thursday, September 3, the project contractor will perform a concrete pour for the new westbound Signature Bridge superstructure, as shown above. The operation will begin at 9 p.m. and is expected to be completed by 7 a.m.
To safely complete this operation, the northbound lanes on NE 2 Avenue will be closed from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. During this time, the southbound lanes will be temporarily converted to two-way traffic, with one lane maintained in each direction.
Every effort will be made to minimize noise; however, nearby residents and businesses may experience periods of higher-than-normal noise levels during the work.
