REMINDER: NIGHTTIME CONCRETE POUR ADJACENT TO NE 2 AVENUE
On Monday, August 3, the project contractor will perform a concrete pour for the new westbound signature bridge superstructure, as shown above. The operation will begin at 10 p.m. and is expected to be completed by 10 a.m. Every effort will be made to minimize noise; however, nearby residents and businesses may experience periods of higher-than-normal noise levels during the work.
FULL CLOSURE OF BISCAYNE BOULEVARD, NE 13 STREET AND SOUTHBOUND NORTH BAYSHORE DRIVE
- Monday, August 3 through Friday, August 7 – The following closures will be implemented between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. for drainage and roadway work. Daytime lane closures will also be necessary at times. The start and end times will be adjusted on special event days.
- All northbound and southbound lanes on Biscayne Boulevard from NE 14 Street to NE 11 Terrace
- All lanes on NE 13 Street from N Bayshore Drive to NE 2 Avenue
- All southbound lanes on North Bayshore Drive from NE 14 Street to NE 13 Street

DAYTIME CLOSURE OF SOUTHBOUND NORTH BAYSHORE DRIVE
- Monday, August 3 through Friday, August 7 – Southbound North Bayshore Drive will be closed from NE 14 Street to NE 13 Street between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. Drivers on southbound North Bayshore Drive can turn right on NE 15 Street or NE 14 Street to connect with Biscayne Boulevard.
SOUTHBOUND I-95 RAMP TO EASTBOUND I-395 DETOUR
- Tuesday, August 4 through Thursday, August 6 – The southbound I-95 ramp to eastbound I-395 will be closed between the hours of 10 p.m. and 5:30 a.m. Drivers can:
- Continue south on I-95, exit at the NW 8 Street ramp (Exit 3B)
- Turn left on NW 8 Street, continue east on NW 8 Street
- Turn left at Biscayne Boulevard to access the A1A North/Miami Beach Ramp
